Your feedback plays a vital role in shaping the care we provide. Thank you to everyone who recently took part in our patient satisfaction survey. We are pleased to share the results and outline how your comments are helping us continue to improve.
What You Told Us
Patients reported high levels of satisfaction across key area of their experience, including:

- Professionalism and friendliness of the team
- Confidence in the clinical care provided
- Support and guidance throughout treatment
Overall Findings
- Would recommend our practice to another person: 100%
- Understanding of treatment: 100%
- Able to book appointment that suits: 80%
- Seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time: 65%
What We Are improving:
- Appointment times – we are open from 8.00am – 5.00pm. We are creating lunch time appointments. At present we are unable to offer later appointments however this will always be under review.
- Waiting times are reviewed monthly to ensure we see patients in a timely manner.
